The graph illustrates changes in the amounts of beef, lamb, chicken and fish consumed in a particular European country between 1979 and 2004.

分析：通过同义替换的方式改写作文原题，符合keep it simple and stupid。和开头就使用比较复杂的句子不同，确保雅思写作精确的重要性。

In 1979 beef was by far the most popular of these food, with about 225 grams consumed per person per week. Lamb and chicken were eaten in similar quantities(around 150 grams), while much less fish was consumed(just over 50 gram).

分析：描述过去的数据注意使用了一般过去时的写法，写出四种肉类的重要数据，用来对比和排序，说出了最受欢迎的牛肉和相对最不受欢迎的鱼肉。

However, during this 25-year period the consumption of beef and lamb fell dramatically to approximately 100 grams and 55 grams respectively.
