阅读整体难度中等，题型方面由于2014年3月1日出配对题比较多，本次考试中配对题一个都没出，但判断题本次考试比较多

写作

Task1 : 流程图，讲的招聘的3种方法（3 methods of recruitment）,

      基本流程为“Advertisement—shortlist—interview-job offer”

Task2:  Some people think young people should be required to have full time education until they are at least 18 years old.
