The best way for a country to prepare for the future is to invest more resources in young people. How true do you think it is? In what ways should the country invest for young people?

【结构与思路】
此文是属于“分析解决型”题目，很明显，文章main body主要回答题目的两个问题即可。How true do you think it is? In what ways should the country invest for young people? 因此，此文章可以分四段，具体如下：

Introduction：重述背景

Body 1：国家投入资源在年轻人身上是明智之举（篇幅较大）；但国家需未雨绸缪，还应把资金投资在其它方面，如基础设施建设，国防等（篇幅较小）。

It is a wise decision that a country cultivates a great number of resources for the young in the future. However, it is also suggested that one state should attach great attention to the construction of infrastructure, national defense and so forth.

Body 2：国家可从以下方面投入资源用于年轻人身上(1. education 2. medical care 3. employment)

1.      Regardless of economic and political situations, our country should make sure that all their young people have access to a good standard of free education at least in primary school and secondary school.

2.      Because some youngsters may suffer from unpredictable diseases earlier than before, our country is responsible for the medical care which is available to all the young people.

3.      The government is supposed to invest more funds for perfecting the infrastructure with an aim to attract more local or foreign enterprises so that more job opportunities will be offered for young people.
